We joined the Dubois County Chamber after relocating to southwest Indiana in 2023. When their former web designer was no longer available to update the website, we took over. Shortly afterward a new director took over and after seeing our work, asked if we could redesign the outdated site. We were happy to do so, and also coordinated the incorporation of Membee, a cloud-based membership management platform designed to automate the administrative tasks of non-profits, associations, and clubs.
We often tell our clients that the best websites come from a collaborative effort, and this has never been more true than with the LaGrange County Economic Development Corporation. Working hand-in-hand with their staff and marketing personnel, we pulled together a vast amount of information that tells the story of LaGrange County, helping businesses and individuals understand why our county is a great place to live, work, own a business, and play.
MySpencerCounty.com is a product of the Spencer County Alliance in southwest Indiana, a collaborative coalition of the county’s economic development, chamber, community foundation, and tourism organizations. The site’s target audience is Spencer County residents, making them aware of county resources, fun things to do, and upcoming events, but it also serves to attract people who are looking for a great place to live. The site is filled with photography from our on-staff photographer, Keith James, and displays the beauty, variety, and diversity of the county.
Redesigning the county library’s website was a fun and unique challenge. The old site was built in the mid-2000s, and over time it had become messy, disorganized, and difficult to navigate. We started with a freshly-redesigned logo, which helped set the site’s design. We then visited all three library branches in LaGrange, Shipshewana, and Topeka and photographed the interiors and exteriors. We simplified the site’s navigation, making it much easier for visitors to find what they’re looking for. And a fun and creative touch is that we change the entire site’s colors seasonally.
We built the first website for the Italian Pottery Outlet in 1998. Over the years we have redesigned this busy ecommerce site to keep up with changing times, and the most recent update came in 2025. With more than 2,000 products available in nearly 150 different categories, the site is complex. In the most recent update we addressed the issue of how smart phones have changed ecommerce sales. Simplifying the menuing was our #1 concern. We moved most of the non-sales links to the site’s footer and eliminated complex product sub-menus, choosing instead display product “families” or categories in mega-menus.
CFSi helps lenders reduce construction loan risk by managing construction projects from beginning to end. Their ecommerce website offers services, rather than tangible goods, in the form of feasibility reviews, status inspections, or contractor verification. The site is also informational, letting visitors know about the services CFSi offers and industries they serve.
We had a hard time concentrating on our work for this re-design because we constantly craved peanut-butter-and-jelly sandwiches! But seriously, this site was a fun challenge for us. Since their logo is black, we got creative with the color palette for the site, choosing berry colors along with shades of green as complementary colors. The end result is a site that is fun, easy to navigate, and does a fine job selling their delicious jams, jellies, and condiments.
In 2025 we redesigned the digital storefront for Axletrac, a leader in heavy-duty semi-trailer alignment tools. The new site does more than just showcase their full product line; it serves as a comprehensive resource featuring step-by-step instructional guides so customers understand how their products work. All visual assets—from technical product shots to instructional photography—were produced by our in-house photographer, Keith James.
Dr. Amundsen is more than just an optometrist; he’s a diagnostician who cares deeply for his patients and their eye care. He has invested in complex equipment that helps him see into the future of your eye health. His office feels more like a visit to a health spa than a doctor’s office, and his friendly staff makes visitors feel welcome and cared for. We designed the original site for Dr. Amundsen in 2014. Recently we re-designed the website using a new color palette and a wider, more free-flowing design. We also updated the text and added fresh new photographs taken by on-staff photographer, Keith James.
We were more than a little nervous when Atlas IT approached us to re-design their website. We knew they had high expectations, and as regional leaders in the tech industry, they had every right! As it turned out, building their site was an enjoyable collaborative effort! We started with their bright, happy logo colors and ran with the theme, creating a site that reflects the company’s fun approach to IT.
John Cummins brings residential homes, RVs, trailers, specialty vehicles, and marine vessels to life through immersive virtual models and 3D renderings, which can be used as sales tools. The primary challenge of this project was the seamless integration of these interactive assets, allowing visitors to experience the technology firsthand. By utilizing a vibrant color palette derived from the Cummins Design logo, we transformed a technically complex site into an inviting, user-friendly experience.
For Dr. Krystle King’s mobile end-of-life practice, our mission was to translate a delicate medical service into a comforting online experience. Starting with her chosen palette of soft blues and sage greens, we designed a digital space that feels like a sanctuary. Every element—from the gentle imagery of the human-animal bond to the calming user interface—was selected to provide a sense of peace and support for grieving families, and guides users through a heartbreaking process with clarity, dignity, and grace.
The website for Elevation Park Model Company was a unique challenge for us because when we started building the website in 2021, the first park model unit hadn’t yet come off the line! We started with the company logo and found complementary colors, then took photos at the factory construction site. When the factory was complete we returned and photographed the team in action. We added a zip code dealer locator to help visitors find distributors around the US and Canada, along with floor plans, options, and construction features. Each year our on-staff photographer, Keith James, returns to photograph beautifully decorated new models for their new brochures.
McCollough Scholten Construction is a family-owned general contractor specializing exclusively in the commercial sector—from complex loading docks and storage facilities to mini-mart gas stations and storage facilities. To accurately represent their craftsmanship, we provided comprehensive on-site photography services. Our goal was to create a visual experience that allows prospective clients to immediately grasp the scale, quality, and diversity of their project portfolio.
Since 1973 S&H Metal products has fabricated metal in northeast Indiana, making a variety of light galvanized fabrication parts for the RV and modular home industries. With on-site engineers and designers, along with a 38,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, S&H is a beehive of activity. On-staff photographer Keith James took all the photos for the website, a fun and interesting experience in a world of welding sparks, cutting machines, and strong men bending metal into useful shapes.
WM Miller Concrete Contractors pours a LOT of concrete. How much? In 2018 alone they poured more than 1.7 million square feet, which is about 39 acres! The company specializes in slab-on-grade floors and mezzanines, parking lots and driveways, laser screeding and finishing, sidewalks and curbs, and foundation work. Based in Shipshewana, Indiana, WM Miller serves as a subcontractor across northeast Indiana and southwest Michigan. In addition to building the website, we provided photographic services, capturing the team in action at several jobsites.
Building the Newbury Square Construction website was a rewarding collaboration, resulting in a dynamic online platform that effectively showcases the company’s expertise. Newbury Square specializes in exterior construction for both residential and commercial projects, offering a comprehensive range of products including roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters. The website’s gallery highlights the company’s impressive project portfolio, while the news and information section provides valuable insights into the benefits of different construction materials through informative blog articles.
Partners Brand Seed, located in northeast Indiana and produces retail seed including high-oil corn and soybeans. Through management of their website we’ve learned that there’s a whole lot more to corn and soybeans than meets the eye. With dozens of varieties and traits to choose from, it’s important to share their product information with seed distributors and growers in the most clean and simple way possible. We provided all photography services for the site and have learned that corn and soybeans can be very beautiful.
Bruce and Adam Blonde are carrying on a family tradition of farming in Litchfield, Michigan that’s been going strong for over a hundred years. Their goal was to create a website that helps landowners understand why Blonde Farms is a great choice for leasing farmland. They grow corn, soybeans, and cover crops, and they’re proud of the work they do. Check out their photo gallery for a peek at what it’s like working their fields.
From its beginnings as a small family farm, Lord’s Seed has grown into one of the nation’s premier independent seed producers. For their 2025 redesign, we focused on bridging that 50-year history with a forward-thinking digital presence. By utilizing all-new photography of their farming operations, we created a bright and vibrant user experience that showcases the scale of their seed corn, soybean, and specialty lot production. The result is a content-rich site that honors their roots while asserting their position as an industry leader.
